WBro. John May on the day of his Presentation
Sadly, he went to the Grand Lodge Above on Wednesday 8th November 2017
At a Presentation on Friday 1st September 2017, arranged by The Lodge of St. John No 15, the Late WBro. John May was presented with his 35 Year Service Pin by WBro. John Nankivell PSGW, a personal friend.
Due to his declining health, (resulting from a stroke a few years ago), the Lodge - in consultation with the family - decided to make the Presentation at the Lurwin Nursing Home, Murray Bridge, where was was residing.
In his Presentation RWBro. Nankivell acknowledged the tremendous service the late WBro. May had given to Freemasonry over his 39 Years of Service.
A number of close family, friends and Freemasons attended the Presentation and they all enjoyed a morning tea provided by the Nursing Home.
