Presentation Night at the Lodge of St John

11 May 2018 - 12:23pm

Maddison Lee and Ryleigh Crombie are the two worthy recipients of the 2017 Lodge of St. John Freemason's Scholarships.

Cheques were presented by the Worshipful Master to both Maddison and Ryleigh, in an atmjosphere of congratulations and expressions of well done.

Being the successful recipients of these two Scholarships, it will provide the opportunity for both new Year Twelve students, at the Easterhn Fleurieu Senior School, to excel with their Year Twelve research assignment, which may be the implementation of some life-long dream, or possibly a career for the future, or even pay school fees.

These two Scholarships are made available conjointly by the members of the Lodge of St. John and the Freemasons Foundation, which is the charitable arm of the Freemasons,  South Australia and Northern Territory.

The Lodge in Strathalbyn initiated these two Scholarships for the first time in 2010, and will continue to support and promote this worthy opportunity, for two Year Eleven students at the Eastern Fleurieu Senior School, who aspire to meet the criteria of selection, and return to complete their Year Twelve studies.
